Patterned after its prototype property in Overland Park, KS,
The Tutera Group built this assisted living facility to serve the
rapidly growing community of Freeport, Illinois. This one story,
46 unit brick and stucco facility sits literally on an island but is
surrounded by the rapidly expanding medical services complex
of health and wellness providers. Oakley Courts offers its
residents multiple choices in apartment design as well as unique activity areas not so common to these types of facilities. From private dining to multiple lounge areas, a computer lab, library,
and ice cream parlor, one is immediately captivated by the
circular inlayed wooded lobby floor as their attention is drawn
to the large fireplace located in the adjacent lobby lounge.
