A skilled nursing center consisting of 3 resident floors with underground

154-bed facility was developed on 1.5 acres adjacent to Kansas City’s
primary tertiary medical center, St. Luke’s Hospital. This nursing facility
and hospital overlook the country’s first shopping center, known world
wide as “The Country Club Plaza.”
