The Tutera Group provides in-house property management
services through Investment Properties and Management,
Inc. (IPM). The Tutera Group’s property management
professionals take pride in the business relationship
developed with the tenants. The staff at IPM is dedicated
to providing prompt and reliable service for all of our
tenant’s needs.
All of our properties are privately owned and managed
by a Tutera Group subsidiary so tenants will receive the
individual attention they deserve directly from the
Landlord and not a third party management company.
