Integrity...

Since the early ‘70s when Dr. Dominic Tutera developed his
first medical office building, through the ‘80s when the company
expanded into retail and office development, there is one
feature that remained constant to the organization…integrity.
When our portfolio of properties became such that it required
more than family to ensure integrity, the key qualification
in building a team was based on this virtue.

Over the years, this team has become very proud of the
reputation built on this basic principle. As owners, developers,
and operators of real estate in the Metropolitan Kansas City
area and beyond, we are still most proud of this reputation
started by one man over 30 years ago.

Our team is known for providing quick and creative
solutions for our commercial clients' needs. When you
