ST. MARY'S MANOR



The challenge of working with an existing steel frame structure scheduled
to be an acute care facility was no match for The Tutera Group. They
created this state-of-the-art skilled nursing and assisted living facility on
the campus of St. Mary’s Hospital of Blue Springs, MO. The facility consists
of 131 skilled nursing beds on the first floor and 57 unique apartment style residential assisted living beds on the second floor. Incorporating modern materials and design techniques, Tutera gave the exterior of the facility a warm, residential style look, while appointing the interior with finishes that gives one the impression of a first class hotel beginning with the use of
marble and carpet in the lobby and throughout the facility.
