The Tutera Group entered the assisted living market with this single
story, 48-unit facility located across the street from the Overland
Park Golf Course and adjacent to one of the City’s largest planned
home developments designed for retirees. The design is colonial
and is built on a square so that there is a large, secure interior
courtyard as the focal point of the building. This well-appointed
assisted living center has multiple living options, plenty of green
space and great amenities throughout the facility. The Tutera Group
is again recognized as a leader in the design and management
of yet another segment of the long term care industry.
