In re: Carewell Corporation of Oklahoma, Inc., et al.,
United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western
District of Missouri, Western Division,
Case No. 99-40827-1-11, et seq.
(Jointly Administered)

Carewell Corporation of Oklahoma, Inc., together with six (6) wholly
owned limited liability companies (collectively “Carewell”), filed
voluntary chapter 11 petitions for relief. Tutera managed these nine (9) facilities owned and operated by Carewell until the facilities were ultimately transferred back to Carewell’s respective secured creditors upon the advice of Tutera following a determination that the terms and conditions by which such lenders would agree to such a transfer would be far in excess of what general unsecured creditors would receive if the Debtors’ were to reorganize under chapter 11.
