Fountain Manor, Inc., a Louisiana corporation (“FMI”), owns Fountain
Manor, a 131 licensed bed skilled and intermediate care nursing
facility
located in East New Orleans, Louisiana. The
Bankruptcy Court appointed a chapter 11 trustee to take over the
management and
operation of FMI and the facility. The chapter 11
trustee thereafter
immediately engaged Tutera to provide management
services at the
facility. Upon receiving the approval of the Bankruptcy
Court, Tutera immediately assigned several of its own highly qualified
on-staff
professionals to begin addressing the numerous operational and
physical plant problems at the facility. Tutera managed this facility for
the chapter 11 trustee until it was eventually be sold through a
bankruptcy court auction after Tutera had stabilized its operations.
