Tutera took over the day-to-day management of
Holmesdale Care
Center for the landlord of this facility following the
rejection of a lease
by an affiliate of Integrated Health Services, Inc.
(“IHS”) in conjunction
with IHS’s chapter 11 proceeding pending before the United States
Bankruptcy Court for District of Delaware. Tutera and
the landlord worked in unison with the Missouri Department of Social
Services, Division of Aging to cause this facility to be closed and all of
its residents relocated to other facilities in the Kansas City area.
